Support with the machinery and agricultural equipment production process
Handling production of agricultural machinery
- Constructing parts for new products (prototypes) of agricultural machines, i.e. combine harvesters, variable and fixed chamber rollers.
- Preparation of full technical documentation (Creo 2.0 3D models, technical drawings, BOM).
- Ensuring the availability of up-to-date construction data and technical documentation for process engineers.
- Analysis and completion of drawings for design documentation in the CAD system.
- Creating input data, and making it available to CNC programmers, for creating punching programs (in the development of products produced from sheet materials).
- Supervision in the implementation of new products for production.
- Introduction and supervision of structural changes (ECR/ECO) in products.
- Supporting process engineers in solving production problems in the field of construction and technology.
- Solving problems resulting from the use of machines in the field.
- Performing administrative tasks related to the implementation of structural changes.
- Close cooperation with the company's technology department during the review and development of technological changes.
- Checking the completeness of construction changes before submitting documentation to the technology department.
- Creating PPR (creating a new entry in WPS) and RFC (creating further entries in WPS –worldwide purchasing system).
- Maintenance supervision regarding the availability of parts necessary to implement changes in the plant.
