• Local support for the engine plant during the engine assembly phases (component compliance, verification of assembly and functionality)
  • First level diagnosis of incidents occurring during assembly of engines and non-conformities; development of proposals to eliminate such non-conformities
  • Local technical support for services at the engine plant in the scope of interpretation of design documentation, standardisation, required technical conditions
  • Local support for the engine plant in the process of approving serial production parts
  • Representing Product Engineering services during the PFMEA process at the engine plant level
  • Analysis of the validity and feasibility of structural changes demanded by the engine plant, development of proposals for such changes
  • Construction works resulting from the immediate needs of the production process
  • Cooperation with the manufacturer's services to improve the quality of components and complete engines
  • Coordination of bi-directional information flow between Product Engineering and the engine plant
  • Pre-production assembly tests of prototype engines/engine components to identify any potential interferences in the assembly process and possible conflicts with other engine components/systems on the assembly line
  • Cooperation with component suppliers for the engine at the stage of component implementation for engine assembly – identification of potential problems during the assembly process
  • Communication with suppliers regarding problems arising in the course of serial production and problems resulting from their own technical documentation and the production process
  • Support for the International Materials Data System – verification of MDS documents sent by component suppliers, creation of MDS documents for assemblies/subassemblies/complete engines and sending them for approval by the final customer.
